We do not offer refunds for digital products once the purchase is completed. Due to the nature of digital products, once you have received the product, you own it and we cannot revoke your access or use. Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As our products are digital and delivered electronically, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to digital files, templates, software, and other electronic items.

Exchanges

If you experience issues with your digital product, please contact us at jakehissitt@liveandbreathe.io, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, we do not offer exchanges for digital products.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Due to the instant nature of digital product delivery, the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers does not apply. By purchasing and downloading a digital product from our store, you waive your right to a refund or exchange.
